Many people reach a point where things feel heavy, unclear, or disconnected, even when they’ve been holding it together for a long time. You might notice anxiety showing up in your body, patterns repeating in your relationships, or old wounds resurfacing in ways that no longer fit who you’re becoming.
Throughout my career and experience, I’ve learned to offer a space where you can slow down, understand what’s happening inside, and move forward with clarity and compassion. I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and spiritual or identity shifts. My work blends clinical approaches with somatic awareness and intuitive insight, helping you reconnect with yourself on both a practical and meaningful level.
Healing happens through understanding
I believe healing doesn’t require force or rushing. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your thoughts, your body, and your emotions, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing principles, Somatic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS-informed parts work, trauma-informed attachment perspectives, and mind-body regulation. Together, we’ll look at the whole picture and honor all the parts of your experience.
The work and beyond
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walden University, where I also completed an embedded Trauma-Informed Certificate. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with specialty training in Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and IFS-informed interventions.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and continuing to develop the skills that will best serve my clients.
Outside of our sessions, I’m a father, creative, and community-oriented person. I value family, music, cultural history, and personal growth, and I bring that same authenticity to how I show up with you.
