About Cynthia Aiello, LCSW

My goal is to promote positive transformation.

Since I can remember, I have advocated for others to reach for and achieve personal transformation in their lives. Listening and providing empathy without judgment have always come naturally to me.

With my personal experiences and professional training, I have the training to listen and help problem-solve with you so that you can move from feeling stuck to becoming awakened to life’s possibilities.

Whether your goal is as small as a step forward or as large as an entire lifestyle change, it is my joy to encourage my clients to be who they are and live in an unapologetically fulfilling way.

Serving others led me to become a counselor.

I spent years in my home state of Virginia working for nonprofit organizations serving and mentoring others in all stages of life before pursuing training in the counseling field. Also, I spent time traveling to different countries, providing volunteer services, and gaining a love for cultures.

When my husband and I moved to Alaska, I attended graduate school at Arizona State University for social work. I spent the last 5 years serving children, adolescents, and adults in rural Alaskan communities impacted by trauma, grief, and addiction.

Change is possible.

I am ready to meet with you and start the journey towards healing and growth. We are in this together! Let’s go!
