About Aubrae Seymore, LPC

My goal is to empower change.

I’ve known I wanted to be a therapist and help others from a very young age. Even as a teenager I knew I wanted to help and make a difference.

Growing up in Alaska has given me a unique perspective on the importance and diversity of what a supportive community can mean.

I provide trauma informed care while utilizing a person-centered approach. This allows me to adapt to your specific needs so that you can achieve your goals.

Healing through a focused support of you.

After receiving my bachelors degree in Psychology, I took some time off to work and gain experience.

I studied and participated in internships abroad looking at different ways to improve quality of life and learn across cultures. Once I returned to the states, I worked in a residential settings and various group homes in Utah, exploring the needs of differing populations.

It was while working with a wilderness adventure therapy program that I discovered my true passion for being a catalyst of change. There are few things as rewarding as supporting someone through the therapeutic process of adapting mindset.

After completing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I moved back to my home town in Alaska to continue this work I love.

We can do this together.

We will establish a space where you can feel heard and seen without judgement. We’ll create opportunities for you to be able to unpack hurts and traumas you’ve experienced. These experiences will help you gain understanding, and increase in confidence to lean into your life.
